the location is very convenient with a metro station nearby! staff members were helpful and spoke english. the hotel looked clean and reasonably modern. i appreciated the decent supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants located close to the hotel.
The family room felt very small. i could barely walk around the bed. It reminded me more of a prison cell! there was no kettle in the room for making tea and the facilities downstairs were not functional.

The breakfast had a limited variety, but it was still manageable. the breakfast setup included a cozy ambiance. sara at the reception provided excellent service. She assisted us greatly with our requests.

The room size was indeed quite small. it barely fit the bed and there wasn't much space to walk around though the daily cleaning was nice. i also found the breakfast a bit too expensive. It reminded me of it should have been included or at least priced more reasonably. the price for a single person was more than 13 euros!
